Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of the product, custom pieces are not able to be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged. In this case, buyers will be responsible for any return shipping costs associated.
Once an item is shipped, it is not able to be cancelled.

How do I best care for my product?
Each custom piece is made of organic and real plant material. While the beautiful and distinct shapes will last a lifetime, color may fade over the years. To slow this process, we recommend that you protect your piece from moisture and direct sunlight. High exposure to UV light will accelerate the fading of flowers and browning of leaves. It is not recommended to display your piece in windows with high UV exposure.
Can you press my wedding flowers or bouquets from other special occasions?
YES! We love creating special keepsakes for our customers to preserve memories that will truly last a lifetime!
Wedding bouquets and other personal flower arrangements are available upon request. Please email us at [email protected] before your special occasion for further information. The rate of custom orders varies depending on the number of pieces you are wanting and by the frame and flower type. Custom pieces typically take 5-8 weeks from the time of fresh bouquet arrivals to complete and return to buyers! Availability is limited due to press space and the nature of custom work, so be sure to get in touch today!
Unfortunately, we are not able to work with previously dried, unpressed flowers as they are extremely brittle and will not press within our current process.
